Logistics | Facilitation | Coordination Our experienced and professional event planners and design team will curate the party decor to your vision, style, and preferences.  We provide full-service logistics, research, day-of-event logistics, vendor referrals and sourcing, vendor coordination (catering, bakery, entertainment), execution of the event timeline, execution of games and crafts, and more.  The service does not include invitation assembling, RSVP management, vendor payments, hotel room blocks, guest travel and transportation, and party favors assembly (fees apply).

Setup, Breakdown, & Removal We request 2-4 hours for setup depending on the scale and complexity of your party.  Breakdown and decor removal take 1-1.5 hours to complete.

Facilitated Crafts & Games Choose 1-2 themed arts and crafts from our menu.  Party Sticklers will facilitate the crafts.  Craft bags are provided for the kids to store their crafts.  The crafts double as take-home favors for your guests.  1-2 age-appropriate interactive games will be facilitated for 30 minutes.  The client can substitute the games for an additional 30-minutes for arts and crafts.

Backdrop The luxe package includes a choice of (1) pipe and drape backdrop (6’x6′, 8’x8′, or 8’x10′) or (2) arch wall panels (7′.2″ & 6′).  6’x6′ backdrops are available for home parties with ceiling heights under 7’9″.  The regal package includes a choice of (1) pipe and drape backdrop (8’x8′, 8’x10′, 8’x16′ or 8’x20′) or (2) arch wall panels (7′.2″ & 6′).  Pipe and drape backdrops includes 3-8 premium draperies.
